If you signed up and did not receive your activation mail please do the following:
- Be patient. Email delivery can sometimes take up to 10 minutes due to an overloaded mail server.
- Check your spam folder
- You might have made a spelling mistake in the email address that you entered. Try to sign up again with your email address.
If you still aren't recieving the activation email, you can request a new activation email by following these steps:
- head to our support page.
- Choose 'Login & Activation' as the request type.
- Choose either 'I didn't receive my activation email' or 'My activation email isn't working' as the main issue.
- Enter the email address you used to register to ToneGym and press the 'Send' button.
- Check your email inbox and follow the steps shown in the new activation email.
- Make sure you enter the correct email. If you still aren't receiving the activation email, you might be using the wrong email address.
- Make sure you're not mixing up your ToneGym and SoundGym accounts.
