You!
Hello everyone! Today is my birthday, Jan 8th. If you would like to participate with me, I have submitted a song to the charts. It is called You!, check out the album art below to help find it. If it makes you tap your foot a bit, please give it a coin! If not, literally write BOO in the comments. I feel it has a bit of crank factor myself, but who isn’t partial to their own children? Whether or not you like the song, I would love feedback from YOU! Anything from composition to mixing, I would love your advice for my birthday. Thank you everyone, I hope you have as good of a day as I’m having!
Fun fact: This is the only place this song has ever been posted, so it’s just for YOU! This song was written and recorded in my home studio in Chugiak, Alaska. Thank you for listening!

Happy Birthday braaaaah! Awesome mix. Just listened to it! I didn't realize there was even a chart. I just uploaded a song of mine as well. It doesn't have a crank factor, but I'm proud of it. haha
Congrats @Jason Stanley for winning the Diamond Ears Award!

I finally finished level 1 in Dr. Compressor! It's at least doing (at least I think it's doing) what I thought a compressor is mainly used for: cutting fat, brisk, peaks off of transients and making the drums more unified instead of anything being too punchy or slappy. What are ya'lls thoughts? Am I way off?

this whole youtube channel is amazing, if you haven't already you should watch their courses on compression, reverb, and EQ at the very least.
