I can't buy pro subscription now because nobody is helping me, soundgym and their transactions partner have thrown in the towel and have no solution for me they are just shifting the weight of questions on one another.
So, i am helpless and tired, paypal also don't have solution. Problem is my card which is working for all of the merchants of this world other than soundgym...
I have no choice but to play those free 3 games only once per day. Awful.
I had the same problem before. Because my bank considered soundgym a suspicious site so they blocked it (I live in Japan so I guess it was fair enough). After contacting my bank and explained the situation to them it worked.
Ya i did reach out to my bank and they were very helpful and informed me that everything is totally fine, and i should check with the merchant. So only soundgym can do something about this.
Maybe try services like ZEN, they have free plans and you get a card assigned to the account, so if Soundgym for some reason blocks your current card, this will sort of go around that.
