Increasing your SPI is very time consuming process, even getting a Iron Ear award may require a month by doing constant training.
Gold is way beyond my reach, i will only spend 1 more month here and then will continue my subscription later, because it helped me alot but i need to focus on real work also.

What do you think? Any suggestions.

Ear training is a journey, not an event. Do a little each day and you will get results in the long run. If you don't have the time to do it each day, put it on your calendar for whatever number of days per week your schedule can tolerate. Don't worry about the rewards (iron, bronze, gold, etc) or how long they take to attain, just focus on the learning aspect and you will reap the real rewards associated with having trained your ears.

SPI increases are not linear, once you get into levels 15 ~ 20 you’ll notice more significant increases.
Even consistently doing the daily workout on a free account with just Peak Master, PanGirl and DB King would be beneficial. Cheers!

I practiced most days for only about 20 minutes a day when I started, Had few moments where I forgot for months and got to diamond ears in about 2 years, but at about silver and gold I stopped having diamond ears as my goal, but instead had the goal of just training to get better. If you have actual music, mixing, or mastering work to do feel free to do that, but 20 minutes a day won't hurt and if its because its been frustrating it even more reason to be doing the exercises. That's my opinion on the matter
