Guys, I have a question whether that one month reaching 30k SPI is a normal or under average score? I feel starting to feel much frustrating when doing workout nowadays as it started to use lots of my time to retry 😓, feeling bad as I can't really hear difference, stuggelinggggg
Hi. It seems to me that you have too high expectations from training and high demands on yourself. Do not chase numbers, but strive for mastery, just train regularly, but without violence to yourself. The skill comes with time. Learn to enjoy the training process, and over time your skills will grow) Good luck!)
Good advice here. It's 100% about consistency. It is normal to have plateaus and ruts. But keep hitting it everyday, somedays you will not be as good as yesterday, we are not robots.
