I took a break from audio training to focus on learning music theory because of not having enough time to do both, and my ears are pretty rusty now. Anyone have a similar experience? I'm back to soundgym training at least 3-5 days a week, as of now, just to get back to where I was.

Never happend to me as far as sound gym, but I think it is universal experience. It happend when you play instrument, in sport, in anything you use to do daily and then not anymore. For me, the hard thing about ot is more psychology, the feeling that you struggle to do something that once was easy. Take it as a mental exercise and dig it...

I've been ear training almost everyday this whole time but I still score 0 points on some of these exercises. I would say don't be concerned with how much rust you have and just focus on making it a consistent thing again.

I just started again after a 6 month break, I lost some of my frequency ID and beatRace skills, panning is still with me, and dB is always hard especially 0/0.5

periodic breaks are helpfull. sometimes even neccessery.
other question - how long are they.
in any case, I think, you'll get yours past level faster then first time 😊
(but always should remember: some ours progress we'll never get again😁)
